Where does my order ship from?
Orders ship from China. The current standard U.S. delivery rate is $6 per order. Processing time, transit estimates and destination coverage will be confirmed before online ordering opens. Shipping details.
How do I check the correct configuration?
Match capacity, needle gauge, needle length, U-100 labeling and pack count with the actual manufacturer's label. Follow that product's instructions and your healthcare professional's guidance. Reference images do not establish an item's intended use or regulatory status.
What if my order is unopened, incorrect or damaged?
Contact us within 3 days, counted from the delivery date shown by the carrier. Unopened items may be returned; the customer pays return shipping. For an incorrect or damaged item reported within that period, YellowField Limited covers return shipping. Read the returns policy.
