Customer-care messages

When you email us, we receive your email address and any details you choose to include. We use those messages to answer product questions and handle customer-care or return requests. Our published customer-care address uses Gmail. Avoid sending payment-card information or private medical information.

Optional WhatsApp inquiries

If you choose to continue a wholesale inquiry in WhatsApp, the information you enter is passed to WhatsApp to prepare your message. You choose whether to send it. WhatsApp processes information under its own privacy terms. You may use email instead.

Website functions

WordPress and WooCommerce use cookies and related technical information for functions such as login, site sessions and shopping features. Website fonts are served from this website. Website hosting and security services may process technical request information.

Reviews

When you submit a review, the public display may include your chosen display name, review text, rating, date and selected configuration. Your email address is not intended for public display. Review and account functions may process an IP address and browser information for moderation and spam prevention. Do not include medical, contact or payment information in a public review.

Orders and payments

Checkout collects the contact, billing and delivery information, selected products and quantities needed to process your order, arrange delivery and provide customer care. We use WordPress and WooCommerce for the store. Payments are handled by WooPayments and its payment-service partners, including Stripe. Card details are handled by the payment provider; the store receives payment status and transaction references. See WooPayments information for information about the payment service.

Information needed for fulfillment may be shared with the suppliers and delivery services handling your order. Orders ship from China to the United States, so fulfillment may involve processing information in more than one country.
